Unless a photograph clearly displays another license, it is All Rights Reserved and permission is required before any reuse.
Viewing, embedding a page link, downloading a browser-delivered copy or finding an image through search does not grant permission to reproduce, publish, print, sell, modify, redistribute, sublicense, remove attribution or train AI systems.
A creator may choose not available, permission required, free with attribution, public-domain dedication where valid, editorial, commercial, personal-use, exclusive inquiry, print sale, digital sale or custom quote. The exact recorded terms control.
A request must describe user, organization, media, territory, duration, commercial status and purpose. Submission is not permission. Only a recorded approval with a verification code and terms authorizes use.
“Free” does not mean unrestricted. Users must follow attribution, modification, commercial-use and other displayed conditions. License versions and accepted terms should be retained as evidence.
A listing or stated price is an invitation to inquire unless checkout is expressly enabled. Taxes, releases, print specifications, exclusivity, delivery and refunds must be confirmed in the final agreement.
Copyright permission does not guarantee model, property, privacy, trademark or location permission. Licensees must assess all rights required for their intended use.
Creators may report unauthorized use. ShootGuide may preserve permission records, restrict accounts and respond to valid legal process but cannot guarantee prevention of copying. Watermarks and disabled UI actions are deterrents, not complete protection.
Use the platform’s report, permission-request or contact channel appropriate to your issue. Formal operator identity, postal address, privacy contact, copyright contact and dispute details must be added before production launch.
