ShootGuide respects creator rights. Public display never means an image is free to reuse.
Uploaders must own or control the rights and obtain required model, property, client and location permissions. Metadata, attribution and rights status must be accurate.
A notice should identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing URL, the reporter’s contact information, a good-faith statement, an accuracy/authority statement and signature. Knowingly false notices may create liability.
We may restrict content while reviewing a sufficiently complete notice, notify the uploader, request more evidence and preserve relevant records. Removal is not a finding by a court.
An affected uploader may submit identification, the removed URL, a good-faith mistake/misidentification statement, contact details, consent to the applicable dispute process and signature. Restoration depends on applicable law and claimant action.
Repeat infringers may be suspended. Abusive, fraudulent or retaliatory notices may be rejected and lead to account action.
ShootGuide cannot adjudicate ownership disputes or provide legal advice. Parties should obtain qualified legal counsel for contested rights. Production notices must include the designated copyright contact and jurisdiction-specific requirements.
Use the platform’s report, permission-request or contact channel appropriate to your issue. Formal operator identity, postal address, privacy contact, copyright contact and dispute details must be added before production launch.
