Course Enrollment, Attendance and Refund Terms

These terms apply to the Digital Photography for Beginners live course.

Production legal review required: this operational policy must be reviewed for the operator’s legal entity, address, governing law, consumer obligations and launch jurisdictions before commercial release.

Enrollment

A place is reserved only after verified payment and administrative confirmation. The learner must provide accurate contact, camera and schedule information.

Format

The course contains seven live 45-minute sessions for dedicated DX/FX DSLR or mirrorless cameras and is not a mobile-photography course. Session timing and meeting access are shown in the confirmed learner dashboard.

Attendance and completion

Attendance is recorded as present, absent or excused. A completion certificate currently requires at least five qualifying sessions and may also require stated assignments. A certificate confirms participation, not professional accreditation.

Rescheduling and missed sessions

Batch moves depend on capacity and administrative approval. Recordings, replacement classes and lifetime resource access are not promised unless expressly displayed.

Refunds

The dedicated Course Refund, Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy states the applicable 48-hour review period, advance-cancellation percentages, transfer options, no-show treatment, operator cancellation remedy and processing timeline. Refunds are calculated from the amount actually paid, and non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.

No outcome guarantee

The course provides instruction and feedback but does not guarantee income, employment, awards, ranking, mastery or particular photographic results.

Questions or notices

Use the platform’s report, permission-request or contact channel appropriate to your issue. Formal operator identity, postal address, privacy contact, copyright contact and dispute details must be added before production launch.
